Canadian International School (Singapore)
Canadian International School (CIS) Singapore opened its doors in 1990 and has since earned a reputation for excellence, achieved through years of successful practice and a firm understanding and implementation of educational research and teaching methodologies tailored for the global student. CIS offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) and International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB DP), for students from Early Childhood Education to Grade 12. CIS is also accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Education, Canada. The Graduates receive the Ontario Secondary School Diploma or the IB Diploma, both of which are recognised around the world by major universities. CIS has three campuses throughout Singapore - Toh Tuck campus (Early Childhood Education to Grade 3), Jurong East campus (Grades 4 - 12) and Tanjong Katong Campus (Early Childhood Education to Grade 9).
Construction of the brand new Lakeside campus is underway and it is expected to be ready by August 2011. Students from the Toh Tuck and Jurong East campuses will transition to the Lakeside campus upon completion.
