• Outdoor, adjacent play space 7,000 sq.ft to 12,000 sq.ft (creative solutions considered)
• Dedicated parking, pick-up and drop-off area
• 3,000+ kids, ages 0-4 (3-mile radius)
• $85,000+ median household income (3-mile radius)
• Located near or on a prime commercial thoroughfare
